Summer Cocktail Fair Supported by Jack Daniel’s will be held at the ART Lounge from June 19, 2017 (Mon.).
Five bartenders at bar The Society have designed their own original cocktail recipes made with Jack Daniel’s.
◆ “Secret Code Julep” created by Koji Nammoku
A julep-style cocktail designed to incorporate seven ingredients, based on the concept of “No. 7”, Jack Daniel’s biggest secret, both in terms of structure and flavor.
◆ “HONEY SHRUB” created by Kenji Ishida
A delicious combination of Tennessee honey, black vinegar, and tropical banana, designed to resemble the interior of an aged barrel.
◆ “Tennessee corn” created by Teppei Kashiwazaki
A cocktail that showcases the principles of American whiskey manufacturing, made with popcorn and Jack Daniel’s—a whiskey made from corn and aged in charred barrels.
◆ “Roof of Jack” created by Daiki Gunjishima
A cocktail made with apples, cherries, and Jack Daniel’s floating on top. Designed to resemble a Tennessee whiskey cake. Drink it in any way you want, just as it is or by mixing it around.
◆ “Jack cheese cake” created by Hiroshi Osaka
Tennessee honey features a sweet and rich aroma. A simple cocktail designed to resemble a cheesecake. Enjoy some whiskey and cake as you listen to music.
