Front Desk
Visitors to the front desk on the 25th floor can enjoy a fascinating view of Tokyo Tower through the large ceiling to floor windows. Our friendly front desk staff are available to provide services 24 hours for our guests.
Business Centre
We service our guests' business needs with facilities such as PCs, fax services, mobile phone rentals, battery charging, translation services and business card printing. Guests can use the Business Centre 24 hours a day as their office during their stay.
Concierge Service
On top of regular hotel information services, the experienced concierge staff provide support such as information on transportation, sightseeing and other peripheral facilities. Please feel free to consult us at any time during or prior to your stay.
Personal Fitness Gym
For those of you who like to keep in shape while away from home a small Personal Fitness Gym to help make your stay with us as simple as possible. The Personal Fitness Gym is located on the 26th floor of the hotel and is equipped with a state of the art cross trainer, fitness bike, multi gym weight machine, and certain other features.
Use is by reservation only which can be made at the reception (only one reservation permitted at one time for a 45 minute period).
There is a 500 JPY charge for use of the Personal Fitness Gym. However, PARKS members can use the facility entirely free of charge.
The Personal Fitness Gym is open for use daily from 5:00am until 11:00pm.
Atrium
The Park Hotel Tokyo's atrium, which stands 10 floors high from the 25F to 34F, is the highest atrium of its kind in the city. The interior features teak and granite flooring, and the original Wood artwork of Monique Le Houelleur blended with stone objects, trees and flowers. The atrium is flooded with sunlight during the day from the skylight, creating a sublime feeling of nature. At night, the lights and beams from the corridor combine to create a magical setting. Park Hotel Tokyo emphasizes Nature & Health, Contemporary & Creative Designs, and Culture & Art. The atrium is a space where nature and contemporary design come together.

Room Service is available 24 hours. We offer a classical menu as well as a special healthy food menu focusing on Nature and Health.
Laundry Service

We provide dry cleaning services. Clothes dropped off by 10am will be returned by 6pm on the same day.
- Late Night Service -
Late night service is also available. Clothes dropped off by 11pm will be returned by 7am the next morning.
- Coin Laundry -
Laundry machine is available on the 26th floor.
Pillow Fitters
Park Hotel Tokyo has professional pillow fitter staff with special training on how to sleep well. Our staff are available to discuss sleep wellbeing with each individual guest. Along with the elegant nightwear by De Signe, we have developed original pillows in collaboration with Lofty so that our guests can enjoy a good sleep.
Please ask staff for a fitting between 14:00 - 20:00. If you have any questions or quieries, please contact reception.
Parking Area
The parking area at Park Hotel Tokyo is on the basement fourth-floor (B-4F). The area has 20 parking spaces reserved exclusively for hotel guests. For guests staying at the hotel, each parking space costs ¥2,000 per night. Visitors who are dining at the hotel can receive up to two hours of free parking. Each additional hour after the time limit costs 800 yen (Includes consumption tax).
